Guise: The "familistère"

Guise (Wikipedia) contains architectural treasures, including its familistère. If the name Guise rings a bell, it's because this town played an important role throughout French history. The Duke of Guise is remembered.

Apart from the fort which is still standing, the most important and imposing monument, located in the heart of the city, is the Godin Familistère (wikipedia-French).

Living near the place, what could be more natural than to go and put a few boxes in front of this remarkable architecture?

Having changed my location, other 18x24 but a car parked 10 seconds during the 35 second exposure, here is the familistère and the ghost car.

The sun has finally returned after a very dark 2024, I'm taking the opportunity to take photos of what will be used to make postcards of local curiosities.
